Party Rock Tour: I’m In St. Louis Bitch
It felt like 2 a.m. when we were woken by Foo shouting “yeah, baby baby” during a phone interview with Cherry Tree Records, but it was actually 2 p.m. It seems to be the trend that we roll out of our bunks on our tour bus at that time each day.
We were in St. Louis, Missouri today (a.ka. STL)—another really beautiful, quaint city that gave those of us on the Party Rock Tour a warm reception. Reek, Nikole, Jason Smith and I did lunch at a Jamaican spot called the Culture Café and the family that owned that place knew all about the show and LMFAO. Shwayze actually recommended the place to us and the chef referred to herself as “Mama Shwayze.”
After soundcheck, Pinchie Pete drove us to our ridiculously nice hotel, the Ameristar Casino. Q raised the question: where did he get his license? Pete is a talented photographer and performer, but his driving skills are questionable at best…just kidding, Pete.
The sold-out show at the Pageant was hype. We all danced sidestage—me, Reek, Daniel, our merch guy, the Far East Movement guys, Chelsea Paradiso, Space Cowboy and the Space Girls. Even though alcohol wasn’t allowed onstage at this performance, everyone had a blast. The energy here in STL is really great.
We took a bus to our afterparty at House, a swanky club inside our hotel. It felt like we were taking a field trip, as it was an actual bus and we were singing along to songs on the radio the whole time.
The Party Rock Crew and our extended family partied harder than ever at our table, toasting with champagne and Red Bull and vodkas, dancing on sofas and jumping onstage to join the boys in a surprise performance of “Shots.” Foo climbed on our table several times and Q poured shots of Goose into girls’ mouths, as well as his own.
It’s easy to see why Nelly is so proud to be from the Lou. This is a top-notch place! We’re going to try to squeeze in two hours of sleep before we head to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
PARTY ROCK BITCH.

P.S. Thanks to Far East Movement for the love for this tour blog…we love you guys!
