Party Rock Tour: I’m In Seattle Bitch
While the boys were at sound check, Nikole and I ran the town. We got to know Seattle really well in a matter of hours, thanks to our feasting at multiple restaurants and massive shopping spree.
We took a cab to the Showbox Sodo, the venue for the night. In our green room, one of the guys from Far East Movement burned the strings off Nikole’s bikini with some matches and Johnny Maroney, our booking agent, got the party started.
The show was insane—Seattle Weekly said we turned it into Animal House. A fan in the audience randomly handed Foo her Hawaii driver license and credit card. Sky took my iPhone during “Leaving U 4 the Groove” and when I got it back from him, my background was a photo of Sky holding out his middle finger with a priceless facial expression.
The boys walked offstage after “Scream My Name” and the entire audience started a chant: “shots, shots, shots, shots.” They ran back out to perform “Shots” and the crowd went wild. Afterwards, Johnny, Chelsea Paradiso, Shwayze, Cisco, Hollywood Hype, Space Cowboy and the usual suspects joined us onstage for “Yes.”

A party bus was waiting to take us to our afterparty at Cowgirls, which is like Seattle’s version of Coyote Ugly. Foo got on the stripper pole on the bus and busted into the club with chips and salsa. The afterparty was one of the most fun ones we’ve ever had—we all stood on our table and sang along to ‘80s classics and LMFAO songs. New trays of Patron shots, lemon drops and beer appeared every five minutes.

The party bus ride back was even crazier than the afterparty. The Paradiso Girls danced on the stripper pole and Q blew his whistle while we all chanted, “shots, shots, shots, everybody.” Back at the hotel, things got even crazier. One of our business associates drunkenly rolled around in bed shouting, “I’m a professional!” We ordered some pasta and pizza to Jason Smith (Shwayze’s DJ) and Johnny’s room. After gorging on ravioli, it was off to bed. We actually got to spend the night at the hotel for the first time on the tour.
Seattle is definitely one of our favorite cities at the moment. We’re back on our bus heading to Boise, Idaho! I think it will be everyone’s first time there. Rumor has it a snowstorm may be coming…I’m sure we’ll have stories!
