Shannon Renee was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska in the summer of 1977, and moved to Arizona in the fall of 1987. Since the age of 13, she has written hundreds of songs, long and short, based on her feelings, beats and rhythms of the heart. As a young, natural redhead, she had an insecurity of her unique image. She then took advantage of what she had, and used it as her trademark. She became influenced by the likes of DeeeLite, the 1940s, as well as the movie Xanadu. Techno didn't come into play until she went to her first rave at the age of 19. Once she heard the beats, she knew she wanted to make people dance. Her first radio sensation was with the controversial hit, 'I WANNA BE A PLAYBOY BUNNY' which was spontaniously written in the Spring of '99, after browsing through her Playboy catalog and her large Marilyn collection. She wants to work with LMFAO, Lady Miss Kier, Gwen Stefani, Prince and Madonna. Her other passion is acting that will be shown in the upcoming movie 'Middle Men' with Luke Wilson, October 2010.
